i am having my 14th birthday party and have NO IDEA what i want to do for it. I want it to be super cool and the guy i want to go to grad with is gonna be there so i want a party that'll make him want to ask me. By the way, the boy knows i like him and he likes me too, but he does not want to ask me to grad. should i ask HIM?

Let's start with the boy. First why would you ask him if you know he doesn't want to ask you? Maybe you should find out why he won't ask you then decide what to do.
Now the Party You should ask your parents if there is a budget for the party or any thing you CAN'T DO. Here are some suggestions: You could do a Hollywood type theme party where it's really glamourous and everyone gets "AWARDS" for diffrent things like best dressed and best dancers and things like that.
or You could do a costume party it could be a normal coustume party OR a masquerade party where everyone dresses up but wheres a mask.

Let him ask you first and if he doesn't ask, you ask him but don't be acting like you want him to go. this has happened to me before so i know what you are going through.

Well if he doesn't want to ask you to grad. then why should you ask him. wtf? Makes no sense, not trying to be mean or anything but don't chase after him, then it makes him feel as if he has control over you.

ask yourself 'whats the worst that could happen?' - he might say no...big deal..no great loss - what you havent had - you wont miss..
if he says no...you have lost nothing - move on...there are plenty more fish in the sea - go for it girl!!...and hey!! - at 14...the world is your oyster!
