Hey you want to lose too much over a short period of time. I help people lose weight through advice and controlled nutrition and losing 15 pounds over 2 weeks doesn't sound healthy to me. It is normal and healthy to lose 2 pounds every week and this doesn't mean diets. But the right nutrition, workouts and a proper intake of liquids.
You can eat less and dehydrate your body to lose 15 pounds in such short period of time, but would you be healthy too? Would it even be visible, would you lose fat?
What you want, is, to lose fat, not just liquid. There are healthy ways to lose weight where you can eat almost as much as you do now and intake more liquid. When your metabolism works properly and workout each or at least every 2 days, your body starts burning the storage of energy, which is the fat. It's horrible how many times I meet people that want to lose weight and start a diet. They usually don't intake enough liquids and just dehydrate their body and also "starve". Then they lose a few pounds and are so proud, but actually they didn't lose a single pound of fat.

First of all, losing that much weight in two weeks is not healthy. Healthy weight loss should be around two pounds a week. Losing weight too fast makes your body weak and tired. But if you insist on it, the best way is to eat no carbs at all, like the atkins diet. You'll lose weight fast but you'll also feel sluggish. Weight loss should be a slow process of diet and exercise for permanent results. Crash diets usually bring the weight back plus more. Good luck.

The best way is to follow a healthy, balanced diet with a lot of fiber and drink lots of water. You should also exercise.
Fast weight loss is not really healthy. A healthy rate of weight loss is between 1/2 and 2 pounds per week.

Stick to a strict 500 calorie diet, and burn 500 extra calories so youll be burning 2000 calories a day which will mean 14000 calories a week. (3500 calories less=1 pound burnt) 3500x4=14000.....Which means you'll burn 4 pounds in a week!....you cant get any lower than that, c'mon!
