The meanings of "decorus" are: beautiful/good looking/handsome/comely; adorned; graceful/elegant (non-visual);honorable, noble; glorious, decorated; decorous, proper, decent, fitting.

These don't really suit a dream. I would propose the word "dulcis", which means sweet, charming, delightful, beguiling, etc.

"somnium dulcis".

No, it's "Decorum somnium" ( or "Pulchrum somnium")
Somnium is a neuter noun and the adjective must agree its gender (and case).
