Try to vary the exercises you do, that way the whole of your stomach will tone equally instead of just one part which might leave you with flab on the other parts of your stomach.

First off you are 13 and you don't need to be having sex. All i can saw is drink water because it makes everything look more toned. Do crunches, lift some wieghts, run, and do standing crunches(while standng ,sitting or laying down flex your stomach, suck in, and hold it and count down from 10. This counts for at least 5 crunches.) Make sure you eat healthy. Crunches on a yoga ball, 10=50, and just try to not over do it with food. you have to eat or your muscles with dissolve and you will look flabby. Good luck!!! Have fun in Florida!!! I loved West Palm Beach!!

Crunches are definitely better. See the source I've provided below for a little more information.
Here's a video you might also try: Denise Austin Six Minute Waist Trimmer (Weeks 1-6). Sometimes libraries have it or you can buy it pretty cheap on eBay. I think it works great, and if you do it everyday you will see results in your tummy pretty quickly. I added a link to the video below also.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Crunches, diet, and cardio. You are 13 and not overweight, so I would not really worry about it too much.
