yes...the higher the daily fiber intake the lower resting serum (blood) insulin levels will be. this means that the potential for fat storage is greatly reduced and the body will utilize more stored energy from fat cells.

Well, it could be. Foods high in fiber, fill you up faster and keep you fuller longer. So, you won't be as hungry.

It might be.. but i no that high fibre foods make your bowels work more efficiently.. so this might be why its making you lose weight as its a natural laxative
