This lady could see a cardiologist a heart doctor specialist.
If I was a heart doctor I would rec that she has a Thallium Stress test to see if she has an arrythmia or any blockage of one of her arteries feeding the heart.
Then again if she has good insurance I would ask for the CT Scan.
Sometimes medication helps if she has a clean stress test maybe Lopressor would alleviate her symptoms.
There are newer heart medications available too.
(but they cost more)

Hmm, I'm a 21 year old male, and that happens to me sometimes. I get up and my heart is beating sooo hard, and I feel dizzy. Then it eventually goes away. People told me that, I get up tooo fast. Maybe u arise too fast?

This is important due to your age, so I would play it safe and tell the doctor.

Have the doctor check her for anxiety when you can. Sounds like a panic attack to me. Get up from bed slowly...and take a few deep slow breaths.
