Well unlike some birds, I don't think that blue jays are capable of talking. You should probably contact a mental health professional and tell them you're having auditory hallucinations.

The first thing you should do is put the drugs down at least until they stop talking, if you do the same drugs again and they start talking to you again. Seek another source of drugs or quit altogether.....

He was talking to someone else. You shouldn't listen in on private bird conversations. They tend to crap on your head if they catch you.
