Well i would say the best is sophistication and independence you it weird if they live with their parents, or dont have a job. And they have to know how to dress and not look like weirdos. Also i think they have to be in shape i dont mean 'body builder' kinda guy just no huge beer belly and flabby body. You know fit. Creepy i would think would be being over sexual you know like in public, sexy would be.... um i would say well Sexy lol
well this is wat i think you should decide for yourself wat you like tho.

I think its creepy for a older man to want to date a girl that is old enough to be his daughter. I'm not against it, but I feel that the age gap shouldn't be larger than 15 years apart. I think older men are seen as sexy because they already have their act straight (hopefully). We see it as being responsible and mature enough to have a real relationship.

well i only go 6 years older then me but i like that they look for a girl with a good personality and they are more mature and fun to be with and the money is just a nice bonus

I used to date a guy who was 5 years older than me. At the time I was 18 and he was 23. We dated for 2 years and called it off. I found he wasnt as mature as I hoped and lost his job after a year of dating him. I suggest you go for Personality, if they are finacially stable, caring,etc. You shouldnt base it upon looks, but do your research and ask alot of questions to make sure you know who you are going to be dating.
