I don't mean to sound to vague, but all illnesses can become worse due to stress.
Stress can cause many symptoms to people who aren't sick as well.

Can't think of any illness that's not aggravated by stress. Anything that weakens an already weakened body is not good. You can either fight the stress or avoid it, so that the body can focus its efforts on healing. Best to avoid stress in whatever illness. If not, your choice is to fight stress perhaps by vitamins or other ways.

Any illness can be exacerbated by the addition of stressors, depending, of course, on the severity of the stressors. To date, however, no illness is known to be CAUSED by stress.

Many - so many, too many...it exacerbates many chronic illnesses such as lupus and fibromyalgia; contributes to the cause of conditions such as IBS and other gastrointestinal ailments; definitely is NOT good for the heart. Many other disease, conditions, etc. as well.

heart disease and high blood pressure can both be made worse by stress. Also certain types of panic attacks and seisures can be brought on by stress.

migraine or some types of headaches
stress effects the imune system and without a good immune system the body is lefy vunrable to many infections.
insomina, ulcers, muscle tention and Rheumatoid arthritis.
