my skin is...?

my skin is like kinda bumpy along the cheek area and around my forehead my skin tone is much darker
what can i do to help this?
not including makeup

"bumpy" can mean a lot of things, acne, pustules and many more things. Do see a doctor if the skin abnormality persists despite changing a couple of soaps and moisturisers, good luck
