I'm posting this again because I did not get one coherent answer before. Is there anything in the bible about the reason why God created the rest of the planets in the universe? And does it say anything about life in these other planets?

Short answer... he didn't.

Longer short answer...
The planets were formed from a disk of gas and dust filled with varying sized grains of particles. Gravity brought the solid grains together into cores which grew until they eventually had enough gravity to attract gases and liquids. Most of the gases and liquids gathered in the outer solar system where it was cooler, and they condensed around the giant planets. All of the heavier elements had been formed by nuclear fusion inside of stars that lived and died before the sun ever existed. It is vastly more complicated than the picture presented here. But according to Genesis, there were days and even plants before the sun existed. So stop asking questions and accept whatever Christians tell you. Don't try to make sense of it. If god wanted any of us to have any common sense, he would have given it to his followers.

By the way, who is Got? Is he any relation to Gort? :)

Unfortunately, the Bible was created of writings of times when science was still new-born, ergo, other planets were not a concept held by the majority.
However, if you would like a coherent answer to the question...it would be ignorant to think that the only lifeforms in existence are solely what we know of here on Earth...egotistical, at best. There is far more than what we can even conceive in such youthfulness of being...other solar systems, other planets than the few we are told of, other dimensions that we only have theories of. Yet they were all created for the same reason...because it could be so.
Do you imagine that this is the only place to have a lifetime? Do you not ponder on how our technologies have come so far so fast? Did you think that we young Earth beings just evolved our brain capacities at an overwhelming rate over the last 100 years? Hee Hee, my dear....think a bit more....it is a wonderous culmination of life we are part of! Remember, there was a time...not so long ago...that we thought the Earth was flat, and our mail was delivered via pony express, yes? Sooo amazing, sooo extensive, soooo thought provoking!!!! Have fun at it!

The Bible is silent on the matter of life on other planets. Considering the uniqueness of Christ Jesus, I would say there is no life on other planets . . .

Yet.

I believe the planets are like subdivisions under construction. I believe when they are done (ready for habitation) there will be life there. It is understood from scripture (seventh day of rest) that God has taken a breather from creating but will resume creating things in due time. I should think that might include life on other planets.

no flowers use UV gentle they use the frequencies closest to blue gentle. UV gentle is a form of ionising radiation and at the same time as it hits cells it may reason harm to its DNA and could maximum probable kill it. that is why you get solar burnt and dermis maximum cancers in case you stay in the solar for too lengthy. the ozone hollow is placed over Antarctica, it really is keped there by technique of excellent winds. ozone is shaped at the same time as UV gentle strikes oxygen molecules. ozone is rather volatile so it can provide up one oxygen atom and go back decrease back to oxygen gasoline. using this ozone is continually being destroyed and created the issue is CFCs improve the speed at which ozone is broken up and so that they shrink the quantity of ozone preserving us from UV gentle. no the hollow in the ozone layer wont enable warmth to radiate decrease back into area. even nonetheless ozone is a greenhouse gasoline it really is merely cutting-edge in very small quantities, any human emissions of CFCs will also counteract any lack of greenhouse gasses. the wavelengths ozone absorbs means that it will make little or no huge difference besides.

Why shouldn't he create other planets ? It took only six days for this one. He works too darn fast for his own good. No wonder there are so many objects up there. Six days each for the last few million years ? WOW

Um, we can't answer that because His actions are mysterious and we cannot know His will and stuff, but He HAS damned good reasons for it you betcha, and...and...I don't have to tell you why he created the universe and Quasars and helium atoms and nuclear fission and viruses and stuff because I have no friggin idea and questioning stuff like that just makes me nervous and insecure so I won't.

maybe it's not in the bible because the men who wrote the bible couldn't see the other planets and didn't know they existed to put them in the bible!
