It's a good marinade.

There are TONS of other uses, too.

While ink is wet, apply lemon juice liberally to the spot, then wash the garment in normal cycle with regular detergent in cold water.

Soak fingernails in lemon juice for ten minutes, then brush with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and warm water. Rinse well.

Stop bleeding and disinfect minor wounds.
Pour lemon juice on a cut or apply with a cotton ball.

There are tons and tons of uses and recipes. One of my favorite ways to use lemon juice is to improve the flavor of processed foods. I like to put it in canned soup (especially any kind with chicken.) It's good on canned or frozen vegetables. I like to keep lemons on hand and use half to squeeze on foods for flavor, and keep the other half in the fridge for later. I also like to drink a little lemon juice in water.

Lemonade of course. It is also good to put a little on other fruits like apples after they have been cut, to keep them from getting brown. Try putting a little in rice pilaf. You can use it to make lemon chicken. Their are so many uses for it, but I can't think of many of them right now. www.virtuowl.com
