Will I ever get a bf?

I am not completely prepared for the many negative things people will probably say, 'cos I take a lot of things to heart..but I would appreciate some nicer people saying things to help lol.


Anyways I'm 16, and ugly, as I have been told very many times. I'm also very tall. I've never had a bf before and no one looks twice at me in public. However some people tell me I am really pretty and there are rare people that stare at me lol, but for the right reasons! But people say "Hey sexy" but they are just taking the piss. I really want to be loved and have a bf just to hold me and talk to...but the thing is I'm really shy and at school people already have a fixed opinion of me. I hate being so lanky..and I guess people dislike the fact that I'm into heavier music, dark clothing, black eyeliner, anime etc! I just wanna be, wanna be loved! :'(

Relax your asking for two very different things there and you don't realize it.... for one don't let society blind to this idea that you need someone who just thinks your sexy and thats love. Get over this i'm ugly and werid thing, thats highschool talk. There dark hearts there, and besides that, highschool is were people usual do the worst things to themselves and the people around them... it isn't the real world. What you need more then anything is to get some friends, f the sex, it well be waiting for you gaurantee, spend sometime getting to love yourself before you start look for someone else to do it. Because it doesn't work, it won't matter how much this guy or that guy loves you/likes you, because if you don't feel it from yourself your going to hurt yourself and the relationship. So find some good people and treat yourself like good people and trust me you'll get yours... shoot I'm 25 and wouldn't mind meeting you if you were over 18 you sound interesting... use your charater to block those out there, that are only after that.... thing... you know what I'm talking about... good luck and gosh darnit lover yourself first before you start trying to get someone else to do it for you!

Aww, don't be so hard on yourself! I will admit, people who do that goth type thing kinda, I dunno, worry me! They seem so sad, mad or upset so it seems harder to be aound them. I really shouldn't prejudge people and honestly that's something I need to try and fix. Hmm my best advice is to NOT change for anyone. What you can do is well put a smile on your face! I know I said NOT to change, but maybe try to wear brighter colors? Black seems so depressing, brighter colors will show you have a sweet, deeper personality. And who cares what music you listen too?! Shoooot I sometimes I listen to country, but whatev people will have to get over that. I say be patient and the right guy will come along.
