That's mine too. so I'll share another one... I've learned to live by this one.
Eph 4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

Jeremiah 29:11-13
11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
I'll do 1 more...hope you don't mind.
Psalm 1:1-3
1 Blessed is the man
who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked
or stand in the way of sinners
or sit in the seat of mockers.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
and on his law he meditates day and night.
3 He is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither.
Whatever he does prospers.
I love God's Word...so many verses to choose from...they're all so loving, comforting & peaceful.
God Bless!

I really don't have any favorites. I like them all. I guess the one that sticks in my mind is the one we all learned (Christians that is). For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so the whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting lasting life. I also believe that everyone, Atheist and Christian should remember - Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. If each of us would live by that wouldn't the world be a great place.

Mine is;
Numbers 6:24,25 and 26 KJV.
The Lord bless thee and keep thee
The Lord make His face to shine upon thee and be gracious unto thee
The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee and give thee peace.
It is the main theme, if you will, of my ministry.
It is on all my correspondence.
I give all I meet a refrigerator magnet with that scripture on it.

This one. I realy like the idea of tearing up 42 kids just because they made fun of a prophet. It show peace, love, tolerance and understanding.
From there Elisha went up to Bethel. While he was on his way, some small boys came out of the city and jeered at him. "Go up baldhead," they shouted, "go up baldhead!" The prophet turned and saw them, and he cursed them in the name of the Lord. Then two shebears came out of the woods and tore forty two of the children to pieces. (2 Kings 2:23-24 NAB)

There are many that have touched my heart...
One is this: Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13, KJV.
That whole section, actually, is quite powerful, intense, and eye-opening. The Son of God and of Man, going to lay His life down for us, who deserve nothing less than the very death He took upon Himself in our place. It's incredible.
May God bless you.

I'd have to go with Revelation 21:3,4: - 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
Very comforting.

"women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own hustbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church." 1 Co 24: 34-35
or
"Teach slaves to be subjective to their masters in everything, to try to please them, bot to talk back to them, and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fuly trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive." Tit 2: 9-10
