I just started Nutrisystem yesterday question???

And, according to the scale says, I've lost 3.8lb already, is it just water weight? Or is NS just so awesome, I'll see a difference pretty quickly? I have 20 lb. to lose by the end of the month, going on vacation(I didn't cheat yesterday or today so far, at all)

Your first week is usually just water weight.
NutriSystem is a great program and if you follow the program, you'll be to your goal before you know it!
