What are some easy leg exercises? Or all exercises for all of the body that are simple.

I don't know what you consider "hard" but you can do a search online for exercises and see what's out there that works for you. You can even search on specific areas like "ab exercises" or "leg exercises" (no quotes).

Walking is a great exercise and helps tone the legs. Bicycling is also and is even better (for the legs).

Do things you'll enjoy so you're more likely to stick with them. Rent some exercise tapes or DVDs and if you find one you like, then buy it. I have a large collection so when I workout at home, I've got variety...or I can go walk/jog, rollerblade, trikke, dancing, etc.

walking is the best, but swimming or riding a bicycle is good. I also exercise to aerobics tapes. my favorite is "Disco Sweat" with Richard Simmons. his exercises aren't hard and dancing to the music makes it fun.

walking and walking with 3 or 5 pound weight's. it works your legs and it works out your arms.

rollerblading, walking, hiking, running, jogging, playing basketball, riding your bike...swimming, etc...these are the best....dont forget to stretch before ANY activity
