Eat less. No fewer than 1200 kcal or your metabolism will start to slow. Try drinking green tea to boost metabolism. You could try some diet pills.
Its probably best if you take some time to do excercise, even a few push-ups or a short run?
Vomiting after meals isnt a good idea. Calories are stil left in the body after this, and it affects the throat and mouth.

There is no magic pill or powder that makes you lose weight.There are so many programs you can follow that are made for busy people,theres no excuse to not exercise.Any weight that you lose without exercise will come right back on so why not do it right?Youll feel better in the long run

Follow Weight Watchers!!! It's simple and you can still eat the things you like you just have to count points. It's the best I've lost weight on it before & I'm trying to lose even more now. It works wonderfully if you work it.

eat a well balance diet, drink lots of water, exercise 30 minutes each day. watch your portions. you can exercise by walking for 10-15 minutes at a time.

Walk more, walk where ever you can.
Choose a diet that reduces your fat intake and increases your rich colour fruits and vegetables.
Without exercising weight loss will take long.

to lose is to change your diet-eliminate all sugar,
white flour, and bread and drink water- cut down
your portions, eat more natural foods rather
than processed-if you are consistent, you will
lose!

eat healthy foods liek chicken and fish and lots of veggies and fruit. also cut down the size of your meals.
