Most people immigrate to Canada either by being sponsored by a family member in Canada; or as a skilled worker.
Here is the questionaire to help you determine your eligibility in the skilled worker class:

I would recommend reading through the information and downloading the application forms and instructions to look at closer, it will give you a very good idea of the process and is easy to understand.

The process generally will take 1-3+ years, and cost around $1,200 per person for application fees, entry fees, and associated costs.

As per new Immigration law u just need to simple application forms can be downloaded from www.cic.gc.ca along with processing fee.
After the evaluation Visa officer will ask for the required Docs normally these can be,
Original educational Conditionals
Original passport
Police character certificate for u and family
Proof of English proficiency(IELTS)
