Okay, when I put Windows xp on my the computer(dell) I selected that I wanted it so that when I was on one account and downloaded something, the other accounts would get it, too. How do I undo that? Is it in control panel or something? Because it's really annoying when someone else in the house downloads 50 different internet explorers. Who needs that many?!
I can't just delete them, because he'll just download more, and there's no use in talking to him, so don't give me stuff like that. I just want to know how to undo it. Thank you very very much!

What you are talking about is usually determined at the time of each installation, by the person doing the installing.
The best way to take care of your problem is to change "his" user account to a limited account. A limited user account can can not globally install programs. To do this you will need to use an account that has administrator privileges. (And I would put a password on all the administrator accounts after you make "his" limited.)
