I am not knocking the medical skills of Army Doctors. Read the question, dont misinterpret, grow up and put your brain into gear before you post a load of spelling mistakes and other errors.

reports are misleading, poor informed, and generally somebody with a grudge starts them up.
What 2nd rate kit and equipment might you refer to? 2nd rate implies there is something better, I don't believe that is the case. Whilst not all kit is as good as some would like it to be that in no way says that better is available anywhere at any price. Soldiers moan, it is often said that if they are not doing so then something is very wrong.
I don't believe that anyone has critisized the actual medical care of injured soldiers, the main complaint has been of being put in wards used by NHS patients on return to Uk for treatment.
Army Medics ( Uk forces medics) are trained to the highest standards, both in a military sense, but also by working in NHS hospitals they gain more useful knowledge of non military complaints. IE, it is obvious that medics understand and can treat gunshot/shrapnel wounds, but more soldiers get ill through non combat

I don't know, I only know what I read in the papers and it would appear that they do get a raw deal. Not only are they ill equipped but they seem to be fighting a war for which there is little public backing for in the UK. I also think that they are not paid enough!
By the way, no need to attack David, he makes a fair point and being an army medic it was understable how he took offence to your 2nd part of the question. Poor b@stard probably works his @rse off, so get off your high horse.

The ration for a Russian sailor is a can of beans a day. The French can't get anywhere outside their country without U.S. gear. The British navy is now said to be smaller than Norway's.
Medical treatment is decent when you figure that the death caused by civilian medical mistakes is estimated at over 90,000 per year.

Actually first rate kit - amongst the best in the world. soldiers will always complain about their kit - it goes with the job. but ask them to swap their kit with any other country in the world (except perhaps the USA and France) and see what their reaction would be.
On the whole good medical treatment too - the only recent changes (started years ago under the Tories) was to move military hospital staff into the Health Service hospitals where they can support the NHS and vice versa.
Gregory Dittman (below) - the RN is not smaller than the Norwegian Navy. You can get drawn into silly statistics which compare the RN in numbers terms with countries with a load of gunboats, but these inevitably fail to take account of FIREPOWER and CAPABILITY and usually don't count the British RFA's, some of which are more formidable than many countries "Navy". also the French, of any country in Europe, are the most independent of the US in military terms.
