I assume you want to SLOW DOWN any damage to your Plasma TV.

For the first 200 hours avoid watching 4:3 TV all the time (with black bars); use strech mode as much as possible, or use gray side bars.

Avoid playing computer games for more than 15-20 min. at a time.

Avoid displaying logos for long time.

After 1,000 hours of usage your Plasma TV should be as robust as a standard CRT TV.

Be careful with static images (especially when the TV is new) and it will last for a long time.

Your question isn't clear....however, it comes across as though you're interested in damaging your plasma tv. but now, why would anyone want to do that????
