How can I get a 1098 form for taxes I paid during a refinance from a company that doesn't exist now?

Check with the state where the company existed. Otherwise just file your taxes because you don't attach the 1098 to your tax form and if the IRS come back to you just produce the paperword from when you refinanced.

Get the numbers off your closing statement.
