Absolutely - keep right on snacking (I actually eat pretty much every hour or so and I've lost weight!).... just change WHAT you snack on. Keep fruits and veggies cut up and ready to munch between meals (I have a fruit salad at my desk right now as I write this). Remember - "naked" fruits and veggies only - NO DRESSINGS! Have herbal tea and water handy, too. You should never let yourself be hungry or you'll use that as a justification for overeating at your next meal.

Honestly, I don't believe you should take a supplement. If you already eat healthily and have a healthy lifestyle, why do damage to your body by taking these pills? The best thing to do is to drink more water, eat fiber-rich foods (like oatmeal) to keep you full longer, and just let yourself be hungry sometimes. A spoonful of peanut butter will work wonders if you're wanting to snack. Sugar free gum or sugar free candy will help to keep your mouth busy.

Same problem here. I wanna lose 10-15 also. Just drink a lot of water. Drinking green tea after dinner (with some honey in it) prevents me from snacking. If you are busy you tend to snack less. So play a sport or join a club. Good luck. If you wanna email me it's catalina91k@yahoo.com

Go to Chimaenterprises.com, they have excellent weight loss products and programs that work, fantastically. I got on one of their programs and lost 30 pounds in 4 months, after all other diets I tried failed, badly! In fact, they have an appetite suppressant, that works wonders. Ok this is really hard, but I found out that if you resist snacks for like 3-7 days your cravings will mostly be gone. You just have to use some self control! And drinks TONS of water it really works.
I know you probably hear this all the time but it works!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Please dont think Im crazy,but have you tried colon cleansing and detox? I swear this really helps!I snacked all the time and craved sweets constantly.Since I used a detox and cleanse,my cravings disappeared and I get full faster when I eat.Also,if you do some type of exercise,it will help.Reward yourself with a pair of earrings or a new shirt or pants.I use this when I reach a goal instead of food.Good luck

take out all the chips, candy bars, cookies, sodas, ice cream
etc. out of your house. next try snacking on fat-free yogurt, or rice cakes n plenty of fresh fruit n vegetable. or, whenever u get hungry, drink some water n brush your teeth...food tastes nasty if you've just brushed. another idea is to preoccupy yourself...many people snack out of boredom, make sure you're always busy n have no boredom time that can be spent snacking

People can be such a** holes!! I snack cause I'm bored. Maybe u could put more actevities into your schedule so you don't have time to snack. Also when u want to snack eat nutrition bars (the slim fast one are really good)! They are nutrion dense so they will keep u full longer.
