Is it good for Christianity to be represented always even if the motivations and representations of it aren't what you would approve of or is it not goo for Christianity to be represented in any given context?
I have always been taught that as long as people are hearing the gospel it doesn't matter in what way or who is telling it, God can turn something that is meant for the bad and use it for His benefit...right?
Either way it is getting the name of Christ out to those who have never heard before, right? Sometimes we have to conform a little in order to reach those who are intimidated by the traditional ways...what about those who preach all for the fame and money?

I want your opinions on this issue so lets hear them!

I don't think it is ever good to pass off myths as if they were true, or try and convince people there is a god when there plainly is not. Why keep spreading a myth as if it were true?

It is good to teach people of Christ, but you have to be careful you tell them the truth. Do not mix it up even a little, you don't want to be found guilty of changing scripture. You can use examples to explain it if that's easier for you, but the message should be plain to see.

Yes, the Lord can turn things that are bad into things that are good. He has done this many times before.

Conform a little? No. You do not conform at all, you simply learn what someone else understands and then tell them the SAME message in a way they understand it. The message should never change in itself. The way it's said will vary from person to person, but the message being given should never be changed.

The bible tells you about people who preach and such in the open and do it to be seen by other people. Surely they have all they are going to get. If you do things to have fame and wealth, it will come back on you. God knows the heart of us all, and He will judge you based on what is found there. Be wary so that He does not say to you "Go away, I've never known you.". If you are going to do things, do it for Him, not yourself.

We'd better start learning the ways of Christ, because all authority in heaven and in the earth has been given to Him. His Word is the Holy Bible so if we want to know our future, we'd best read the Word of God.

Christianity will always be represented. God did not intend for us all to understand in the same way. God said that His Word will always exist. A lot of things may pass away, but not His Word.

I see your point and am willing to give it a shot.
Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Light. A christian who is not truthful is hardly a Christian at all! We are given parameters in the bible under which we should weigh our apologetics, or defense of our faith.
First of all what we state has to be true. Our words have to agree with HIS Word because we know that God cannot lie.
I have seen alot of health, wealth and prosperity propaganda and for the most part, it is a lie.
The Word become flesh, our Savior, stated that it was easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than it was for a rich man to get into heaven. He also stated that we could expect to be persecuted and hated and imprisoned for our faith in Him. So stick to the Word. It's not about teching people about Christ that is important; What is important is getting people INTO Christ; The holy Spirit is much more likely to assist you when you use the truth.
To answer the next part of your question,
Yes, God can use evil to His own advantage and has done so since the beginning of creation.Eph 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: God works all things after the cousel of His own will. He is absolutely sovereign.
However Christians should be bound to the truth. Jesus stated that we were to do our good works before all men that they would see the good that we do and subsequently glorify our Father in Heaven. Yes Words are important but our works are equally important for the sake of evangelism.
So in summation, We are bound to the truth and those who lie to bring people to Christ, those who entertain people instead of actually teaching the truth, will be held accountable for their deceit but God who is all-powerful can and sometimes will even use these liars to His own advantage.
Amen,
Brian B

Give your testimony of what Christ as done for you etc...but, leave the judging up to God.

Remember there are many different faiths, religions, beliefs and ideas...respect them all. ...there is only one ultimate authority on scripture and that is Jesus Christ....we shouldn't claim to be all knowing just because we are Christians...do not speak with absolutes about the Bible...again the ultimate authority thing....we should preface opinions with, " it is my belief" or "from my study of the scriptures...I believe so and so"...to out right, say the Bible says this or that and that's the way it is seems blasphemous to me...it seems that you are saying that you are Jesus..

sounds more like a poor excuse for a lack of grace. But, yes God can use silly worldly things for his glory. The preacher who does it for money may go to hell, but those who believe the Word in their heart will go to heaven.

Christ preached to sinners and we are called to do the same but to change our beliefs in order to do this is not of Christ. Church traditions are not necessarily from Christ however. Christ did not have or make any church so it is his words and his actions that must dictate your beliefs. Make sure you are not compromising Christs words in order to please the masses.

It is not getting the complete truth out.

Only the complete truth out to the people is what God wants.
