I really like this guy who works close to where I live...I smile at him all the time and try to flirt and recently he told me that he will be gettitng anothere job and he won't be working there anymore...should I ask him out or should I wait for him to ask me out?

Ask him out, don't be nervous, don't giggle, keep good posture, and look confident and kinda suggestive to get a better percentage of yes, and last but not least, wear enough make-up to be pretty but little enough make-up to look natural.
