I would sue him for slander.
This is an awful thing to have happened to you. So sorry you have to deal with these jerks.
Or you could just push back and when they should at you and laugh with him you can tell them all his wiener is almost non existant or tell them he has a 2 inch member and such.

Hold your head up and be proud of who you are. Sometimes we have to consider the source and ignore them. Within a short while another rumor will surface about someone else and the one about you will be old news. Don't give the person who started this rumor the satisfaction of seeing you run away and don't try to take revenge of any kind. Just do your job and let the rumors die down. It is difficult but don't let others control your life in that way. An expression from the sixties may fit very well here: Don't sweat the small stuff and consider it all small stuff. Especially rumors from small minded people and those who spread them around.

I'm definitely not in the military but I hear from people I do know in the service how once someone gets a nickname or something there, they never live it down. However, anyone who is willing to listen to one guys lie without considering your point of view is pretty immature. If they're immature, they'll get bored of it eventually.
I'm not going to urge you to report it because, well, I get what you're saying by it would make your life a living hell. Military life is very, very different from civilian life.
Stay put if it's bearable. Keep your head held high and any chance you get to tell the truth, tell it. If someone's like "haha you slept with that guy?" be like "Ahahaha, that's what he's saying? If by sleep you mean rejected, sure." You're in the army, you can handle this, and you're better than this.

There is only one thing you can do, speak to the person you like and let him know it's not true. He will believe you if he wants to.
Outside of that you really shouldn't do anything. Rumors are mean, but it's a lie and no action will happen to the person who started it. After all they will just deny they started it to begin with. There are no rules against telling or repeating a rumor.

Sometimes it's so hard to squash rumors. That fellow coworker is inmature I believe he really want to sleep with you but you didn't give him the time of day so he does the inmature dance. Like you said if you run than it looks the rumors are true, if you report it than your life will be like a living hell. Follow your heart.

First of all how old are you people. Sorry not you. What you do is you front him out in front of everybody and you make him out to be a lier. Men kill me with that mess. But you make sure you do it tactfully. Not like you are just trying to prove something but like make it interesting. Just to clear your name and make him look like an ***. I wish I could tell you how I did it that fool never made fun of anybody else. Or just start a rumor that he is small and wasn’t that good anyway Your looking for a real man. I bet he will change his toon. There are a lot of ways to go about this; I want to tell you to be the bigger person and let it go but that could mess you up with a real nice guy. So just try to fix it or e-mail me and I will try and help you.

If you have the guts for it, confront him point blank about what he has said about you. And do it in front of the group. Let them know he is a liar and nothing ever happened between the two of you. I'd look into whether this qualifies for harrassment or some other charge seeing as he is trying to ruin your reputation. (Visit kickbully.com on how to handle bully attacks at the workplace.)

i was in a similar situation not in the army but still...a guy that liked me told someone who is currently my bf of 7 yrs that he slept with me which was a lie. at the time i was just beginning to get to know my now bf. i was pissed i confronted the guy who lied and he denied it b/c he knew it was false and i would NEVER think of doing that with him. at least this way it made him feel like the piece of crap he was when i told him in his dreams it wouldnt even occur. i just acted like he didnt exeist afterward b/c it was just so lame to do that. people that wish they could be with u and know they have no chance have to lie to look better. they're pitiful...its up 2 u if u want to talk 2 ur love interest personally and privately and explain the story but otherwise ignore the other guy he's not worth ur time. and the other people who just believe him b/c he said it theyre worthless too you know what DIDNT happen.

If i were you I would talk to my superior. They can not harass you for not doing anything. What he is doing is slander I would consult with an attorney as well. I know that you might think it will cause to much trouble but he is creating a wreck in your life. I wouldnt talk to him directly because then he could make up more things. If you dont stand up for yourself your are going to be the office joke anywhere you work.

You're going to have to report it. Nothing happened between the 2 of you, and it's making your life hell anyways, you need to have something done about it. Especially if it's ruining your chance for happiness with the guy you were interested in.
