Based on my last question it's quite evident that they don't. They believe that they will get to heaven while others (including loved ones) will burn forever in hell. They are ok with this saying that their god evidently will brainwash them so they forget about everyone they care about... That's a pretty sad outlook.

We care about your destiny, that is why we try to explain the rules. You are in hell only if you did not choose heaven. Why I should care about your destiny if you do not care about it?? I do not get it, but I care. I do not want anyone to end up in hell. : )

It depends on what you mean by Christians. Not everyone who says they are Christitans have any idea what that means. So you can't judge all Christians based on the behavior of a few.

As far as going to heaven or hell. Christians should not be happy or feel good that some people will go to hell. And they should not be so sure they are NOT going to hell. But this is all too complicated to get into in this small space.

Christianity, to the Christian, is like a life boat. The Christian is in the life boat and is calling to those still in those cold, killing waters. It is up to the ones in the water to decide if they will take the hand the Christian has reached out with and climb into the life boat. If they do not wish to climb in, or be pulled in .... there is nothing more the one in the life boat can do to force the swimmer to come.

Does the one in the life boat not care about the ones who decide not to climb in? No, that is not the case at all. It is doubly sad when the defiant swimmer is a family member.

There is always a chance that another life boat will pick them up ..... but they may also drown before they make that choice to climb in to safety.

There is room in the life boat. Christians want all that swim in those waters of death to climb aboard.

Yes, real Christians do care about others. It is for that reason that we attempt to convince others to look to God rather than to look to the world for the answers to life and death.

If it were up to us to judge others, we would of course give our loved ones a break. There is nothing more disheartening for a believer than to have someone they love not be a believer because we know that it is God, not us that will be the final judge. We don't know how we are going to feel if one of our loved ones is not saved but we do know that God is just in his judgement and if we believe in that justice, then we will have to accept that judgement even if our earthly spirit is greatly saddened by it. Do we care...absolutely.

As Christians we believe the Bible is true. We love God and are working diligently to make it to Heaven. We don't have control of anyone's soul, but our own. We try to witness to others about the goodness of Jesus in hopes of helping them to have a personal relationship with Him.

So if you feel this way why do you point the finger at Christians who are very vocal and try to warn people about the consequences of sin and the key to salvation.

When we try to lead people from that path, we are called closed-minded and arrogant. Which way do you want it? The fact that we are so vocal should tell you that we obviously dont want our loved ones going to hell.

I really can't answer that question for you. It'd be the same as me asking "Do Atheists all really hate Christians?"

It's been my experience that some do, but some atheists don't speak for all atheists, just as some Christians don't speak for all of us. I do know that, typically, all Christians are *taught* to love and care for everyone. Everyone.

Just like in any other group of people, some care about others and some don't.

Not all Christains are like that not caring for others Salvation. I really believe why some are like this is because thier is no fruit being produced our manifested in their life.
Jesus says In John 15:5
I am the Vine yous are the branches if anyone abides in me and I in him they will bear fruit for depart from me you can do nothing.

In Galatians 5:22-23

The fruit of the Spririt is Love,Joy,peace, patience, kindness goodness faithfulness self control.

This is Christ spirit and the fruit of the spirit. I really truly believe that the reason why this is is because theirs lack of fruit in a christains life. Because if we really know God will love others 1 John 4:8 Whoever does not Love does not know God for God is love. And A true christain will care for someone's salvation because God cares and Love everyone and wants all to be saved 1 Tim 2:4. Hope this answered your question. I was questioning myself about this too. Hope this helped. :)
