My Excel session keeps crashing when I try to copy cells using my keyboard (Ctrl +C) and also when I right click a VBA button to edit a subprocedure. I get a "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." message.
Any ideas as to what settings I should change if any to resolve this issue? How can I tell if my Excel sheet is corrupt?

Thanks

Open any other Excel file, if Excel crashes, the program may be corrupt. Un-install and re-install it.

If Excel doesn't crash, the problem is in your data file.

As a person who used to do tech support for Microsoft Excel - create a brand new file, try using the short cut keys you just said cause the other crash, if it is OK then it is more than likely your file. Go into your file, copy it (using the edit/copy not the short cut keys cuz that is what causes your problem) and go into a new file, and do paste/special/values - save the new file and see if it works. If it does, then more than likely your file is corrupt in formulas or formatting.
