I have some contacts at the EPA. One of the things being considered is to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide being exhaled by people. Someone suggested that we could cut back on emissions if we restricted jogging. The thought was that you really don't have to jog everyday to keep healthy so those with last names that begin A-H would be able to jog on Monday and Thursday, I-Q on Tuesday and Friday and R-Z on Wednesday and Saturday. Jogging on Sunday would be banned.

Another thought was to permit the building of more nuclear power plants, which emit no CO2. However, a group at the EPA felt that this was too easy and that it would be better if we simply worked on a way to change combustion so that CO2 would not be produced in the process.

A clever bunch of folks at the EPA!

If we stopped all global warming ALARMISTS from breathing wouldn't that reduce CO2 output enough to save the planet? Not only would it reduce the CO2 contribution from their respiration, but eventually it would ELIMINATE their carbon footprint completely. I think the EPA should pursue this.

No, as of now it is not illegal to breathe. Soon the powers that be will start taxing you for the amount of "Greenhouse Gas" you emit into the environment.
