Do you mean the Virtual PC from MS ?
You can install almost any OS, even though the Providers of Virtual PC mean it for Windows; You can even get free VIRTUAL hard drives from MS.
MS has a Very Detailed tutorial on site for use of the Virtual PC
A Start: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=04d26402-3199-48a3-afa2-2dc0b40a73b6&DisplayLang=en

Remember, whatever MS says is the right RAM, take that and Double it.... the Amount of Resources needed is Huge for Virtual PC, but it is worth it.
