I am a bridesmaid for my cousin this summer and her colors are the same (black & Maroon!)
Anyways back to the subject here. I have thrown a few parties now.
One party we did a hawiian theme party and went to the local dollar store and bought some cheap grass skirts to wear over shots and some lays (necklaces with flowers) and some of us even had silly coconut braws to wear on the outside of our shirts, lol. It was a blast and we went out to the club that way.
Another one we made the bride dress up as hooker barbie and sell condoms to people at the club, lol.
For my cosin we will be having an 80s theme since she was born in 1980. We will dress up in 80s rocker clothes and get those metalic hair wigs and do out make up all 80s and go out.
I dont think you really have to worry about including the wedding colors into the party, I am not bothering.
I have played some fun games in the past like:
Toilet paper wedding dress:
Devide into groups of 3 or more, give each group 3 rolls of toilet paper. They have 5 minutes to dress a group member up in the toilet paper to look like a wedding dress. Best dress wins.
Table clothes wedding dress:
groups of 3 of more again. Go to the dollar store and buy those cheap plastic table clothes (the color full ones are even more fun) Give each group 2 clothes and a stapler. I reccomend they each get 2 differen colors, it makes it more fun. Now they have 5 minutes to make a dress. Best dress wins.
Pin the wiener on the hunk : I think this is self explanatory.
At another party we made "naughty" kraft dinner and served it, lol. We also made wiener cookies and hooter cookies.
But I just reccomend good old plain food and drinks, they are just as much of a hit. Get some party mix chips and a pickle, cheese and meat tray and also have a sweets tray with naniamo bars and such on it.
You will have a blast!
If you are going out to the club you can always do the suck for a buck thing. Give the bride a pale full of cheap suckers and make a suck for a buck sign and make her sell them. You can sometimes get a few hundred this way.

I helped my sister plan a bachlorette party last summer. Not only was it hick-central (i'm from a small town too), but the bride was also pregnant. Heres a run down of the games we played, hope it helps:
A variation of pin the tail on the donkey, only we had drawn penises, and instead of a donkey we'd drawn this muscular body and attached a printout of the grooms head to it.
We gave a prize for whoever could carve the best penis out of a cucumber, then we took the best cucumbers and divided the girls into two teams and had a relay where each person had to put a condom on it and take it off and pass it to the next girl, whichever team got the cucumber around the circle twice the quickest won.
We had a nice sit down game where everone had booklets of colored construction paper and with questions like "describe losing your virginity" "have you ever been caught in the act? explain" "whats your favourite position" and "when was the last time you had sex". The girls filled them out and put them into approiate boxes, then the bride-to-be read them all, it was amusing looking around the circle and wondering who said what, there were also the occasional funny answer.
There were dirty mad libs, where the stories were sexy but the answers usually weren't, the group suggested words to fill in the blanks, bride and bridemaids read one each.
The whole party people were wearing stickers, there was a list of "No words" on the wall, if you said a word and someone called you on it they got a sticker. The girl with themost stickers at the end of the night won. Some of the words were "wedding", "ralph" (the groom), and "sexy".
Lastly there were colored hearts in a pretty basket, and throught the party guests were encouraged to write advice on the hearts and put them in the basket. Some of them were funny, some were real, the bride got to take them all home.
I don't know if that will help but thats the run down. As prizes for winning the games we gave out "little black books", condoms, and flavored lube.

Pick a theme and run with it. Gather all the bridesmaids for a meeting to divy up duties. It definately takes planning to have something nice. Write it all down so everybody knows what they're in charge of. You'll need food, drinks, invitations, games (if that's your thing), "entertainment", something special for the bride etc. You could also keep it simple by doing a signature drink like cosmopolitans. Buy a bunch of martini glasses with all the fixins. For my bachelorette party my bm's did a martini bar and it was awesome. We had 30 girls though. Ask each girl to bring a dish and call it a day. You can find alot of good simple recipes online too. My favorite site is allrecipes.com.

First of all, you want this party to be fun and different. So think of something that you would never do, like have all the women run in heels as like a relay race, and buy lots of fruit and sugar and different kinds of alcohol, so that you can mix your own drinks. Then as snacks you can make like, a new kind of shape for a cake. Then you start to think, what would make this party special, well here is the answer. You can have plastic crowns and Halloween fairy costumes and cheap feather boas and gloves and cheap masks and long fake nails that are also cheap. It could last an entire day, for instance watching a rated-R-for-nudity starring Tom Cruise movie, and going to the salon, spa, and nail salon. Another thing that would be fun would be going to an amusement park for part of the day and go on all the rides and Roller Coasters that you have never gone on before. Not to be dirrty but strippers are traditional. And if it's needed you could ask the guests to bring what they would need to bring to pay for themselves. For food, well, you would probably wouldn't feel like eating after the long day of fun. Also if the bride didn't already pick it you could go to bridal gown stores to look for one. My recommendation is the Friday's Virgin/regular strawberry daiquiri is sweeter than most, and they put sugar around the top of the glass and stick a strawberry on it, yum-yum.

There are so many great themes and ideas for a bachlorette party, it really depends on what you think the bride will like. You can always go with the typical hawian theme, but that one is pretty obvious and over used. Here are some of my ideas.
- You could have a lingerae party, they have people that will come out to your house and bring tons of stuff for you girls to try on, give you great deals and have fun games where you can win some of the merchandise.
- You could do the whole "girls night in " theme. Decorations could be your typical bachlorette itmes ( these decorations can be found at local cradt stores, like pat catans or micheals), Foe food go with good old pizza, chips, potatoe skins, mozerella sticks. For drinks do "sex on the beach" or anything fruity and girly.
You could also do "the bride" theme. You could decorate with typical wedding decorations. Play awesome bridal games
like - who can make the best toliet paper dress - or another fun wedding game is where you pack the bride her honeymoon suitcase and she cant look inside ( put gag stuff in there like mens boots, big sunglasses) and she has to pretend like its her wedding night and all of the electricity went out, so she has to take the suitcase and go get ready for "the big night" in complete darkness, then take losts of pictures. You could serve things like deviled eggs and mini crab cakes (something typically at a wedding) For drinks go with wine or champagne.
For extras you could : Hire a stripper, Play an old fashioned game of truth or dare or play drinking games ( with cards).
Good Luck and Have Fun !!!!!!

This would be a perfect time to host a Passion Party. They are so much fun for you and your girlfriends. You can serve differnt types of food that the bride enjoys eating. You can make 1-3 mix drinks( Malibu bay breeze, Fuzzy Naval, or Sex on the beach) and I am sure that everyone will have a great time.

For drinks i think martinis, margaritas, champagne, wine. I think you should make the decor the same color as her wedding that will be cool. For food you should make mini pizza, tacos, barbecue chicken, fries, egg rolls, chips. I also think no bachelorette party is complete without MALE STRIPPERS!! You have to get one or two it wont be a bachelorette party without it.
Hope you have fun!

Check your local party store for ideas. They usually have a whole section dedicated to bachelorette parties.

My favorite was a "let's get laid party" Everyone dressed in hawaiian attire and we gave out leis. www.orientaltrading.com is where I got most of my decorations. They're really reasonable. For food we served mini hotdogs in bbq sauce, Cheese ball with cracker & meat wraps (tortillas with turkey, tomato & hummus). We played pin the macho on the man. Just buy a poster of a hottie and let everyone create their own macho to tape on. The funniest was when we coupled up and one person had a broom between their legs and another had toilet paper between theirs. You time them to see who's broom can make it in the Tpaper first without using their hands. So funny, hope this helps
