Well I can tell you what is said and proved over and over. The religion that believes in the One True God. The Father, Son and Holy Ghost. The trinity is three in One. Just like water is three in one. Ice, steam and water. Quick analogy. Jesus states No one comes to the Father except through me. Lets look now at the proof. No other book has predicted events to come thousands of years in advance. Nostradamous' predictions are open to many things. But Old Testament prophets are not vague at all like when it says They will cast lots for His clothes. In the New Testament while Jesus was being crucified the soldiers cast lots for his clothes. No vagueness there. Choose a Christ obeying religion. Stay away from Catholicism, Mormons, Islam and Jehovah Witness those are cults. Pray for guidance. Repent and be baptised and you will know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Peace out...............

People use history to prove their religion right. Religion is something that one has to choose for him or herself. The basics of some religion are close, but not the exact same. This is where the differences come in between. You have to know what are your priorities and research which come close to it. After you do that then I suggest you find the logic behind why people defend their religion and favor it. Generally speaking people will convince themselves if history or proof doesn't back it up enough. If you trust their source and have the same basics after your research, then that religion is right for you. Naturally no one would really change their religion or bear anything against it, because it is something personal and most of the time taught by our family. You don't need to be scared, if you follow basic common priorities and abide by them, then no need to be scared. Common priorities such as being a virgin before marriage, to stay clean, to speak the truth and bear its consequence, etc.

Good Luck!!

No religion is the one true and right religion. Religion is an emergent property of social groups. The only "right" religion is the one you happen to be a part of at any time.

(If) there is a real God, He will accept you so long as you fulfill the basic requirements.

(If) Christianity is true, you must believe in the Good News and the Holy Bible with all your heart.

(If) you believe in the Good News and the Holy Bible with all your heart, and your conduct demonstrates it, then you have nothing to fear.

Assuming you're Christian, don't be appalled by the sheer number of denominations. Mostly, the differences are nominal and trivial, not to be worried over. Once you've got the essential truths down, you're good to go. And relax! God wants you to be happy, not fretting over where you'll end up. The word "rejoice" appears in the Bible over 800 times - I think there's a reason for it, no? Life's short, so make the most of it. God would like that. : )

You have to make a prudential judgement based upon objective criteria. Consider what a particular religion believes and why, clarify distinctions, and then decide the veracity of truth claims. Don't be scared. Fear in regards to this question is often rooted in a modern pre-occupation with absolute certitude and the belief that without absolute certitude, one cannot have faith. This is a prejudice, not a given, or something that is self evident, or necessary for faith. Absolute certitude is not the issue, but prudence, the courage to examine one's asumptions, and to seek a foundation for one's convictions.

Islam is the true religion of peace ,love and confidence.

I definitely believe that it is the true religion that we should all believe on and its the religion that will take us on the right way to heaven.

Islam is true because if you read the Koran you will find out that the Koran teaches us about all the other religions and about all what happened in the history.
And if you look at all Muslim you will find out that there are the most religious people that have more faith in God and their religion and they are pretty sure that it is true!

That's why I believe my religion is the true one and one day you will know that.

That is a very serious question. I would suggest; just be your self, you should not have to change just to fit into a type of religion, you should find a religion that fits in with you and ONLY YOU. If you can't find a religion, then do what feels right to you as a person.

"Treat other people how you want to be treated"
Best of luck

What Church? Scripture reveals this Church to be the one Jesus Christ built upon the rock of Saint Peter (Matt. 16:18). By giving Peter the keys of authority (Matt. 16:19), Jesus appointed Peter as the chief steward over His earthly kingdom (cf. Isaiah. 22:19-22). Jesus also charged Peter to be the source of strength for the rest of the apostles (Luke 22:32) and the earthly shepherd of Jesus' flock (John 21:15-17). Jesus further gave Peter, and the apostles and elders in union with him, the power to bind and loose in heaven what they bound and loosed on earth. (Matt. 16:19; 18:18). This teaching authority did not die with Peter and the apostles, but was transferred to future bishops through the laying on of hands (e.g., Acts 1:20; 6:6; 13:3; 8:18; 9:17; 1 Tim. 4:14; 5:22; 2 Tim. 1:6).

By virtue of this divinely-appointed authority, the Catholic Church determined the canon of Scripture (what books belong in the Bible) at the end of the fourth century. We therefore believe in the Scriptures on the authority of the Catholic Church. After all, nothing in Scripture tells us what Scriptures are inspired, what books belong in the Bible, or that Scripture is the final authority on questions concerning the Christian faith. Instead, the Bible says that the Church, not the Scriptures, is the pinnacle and foundation of the truth (1 Tim. 3:15) and the final arbiter on questions of the Christian faith (Matt. 18:17). It is through the teaching authority and Apostolic Tradition (2 Thess. 2:15; 3:6; 1 Cor. 11:2) of this Church, who is guided by the Holy Spirit (John 14:16,26; 16:13), that we know of the divine inspiration of the Scriptures, and the manifold wisdom of God. (cf. Ephesians 3:10).
