Oh man its compliacted, i did it on my 02 Escape. You have to turn the lights on buckle and unbuckle the seat belt 3 times, then turn the lights off, something like that. Go to Advance or Auto Zone or the LIbrary and look up the manual and write it down or memorize it.

I see you have the answer from Ethol. I just turned mine back on. KY passed a law they can pull you over for not wearing your belt and it's a 25 dollar fine per person for not wearing it. I thought I should turn mine back on to remind me to belt up.
