2 packages frozen green beans cooked drained and seasoned with salt & pepper
or 2 cans drained canned green beans - whole is better
2 cans mushroom soup - 1/2 can cream
1 tablespoon soy sauce
put in a casserole dish sprinkle with grated mozerella cheese. Shake some Tony Chacere's Creole seasoning in the beans and on top - spicy
Top with Fried onions from the can or Tater Tots and back on 300 about 40 mins or 350 for about 25 mins.
For an entire meal add 2 cups of ham cubes or chicken or turkey and more cheese in the beans.

I did this one for Christmas
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 cups cooked green beans
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 1/3 cups French fried onions
PREPARATION:
Mix soup, milk and pepper in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup of the fried onions. Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Top with the remaining 2/3 cup fried onions and bake about 5 more minutes, until onions are lightly browned.

1 package of Tater tots.
1 Bag of frozen Green Beans
1 pound of browned Hamburger
2 cans of Cream of mushroom soup mixed w/1 can of milk.
Spray casserole dish and place tater tots in it. Put in oven for 15 minutes at 375 (this makes the bottom of the casserole nice and crunchy). Remove and add green beans, hamburger and pour soup mixture on top. Put back in oven and cook until bubble.

The green bean cassarole I know of has no tater tots in it. That would be tater tot cassarole. Anyways, green bean cassarole has:
1 large can of french cut green beans
2 reg. cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can dried, fried onion rings
mix these three ingredients in a baking pan about 9 x 12 or so. add water to make it a creamy, but kind of thick.
Bake, uncovered, for about 30 mins, or until a bit bubbly. Top the cassarole with the remaining 1/2 can of onions, and bake until golden brown.
mmmmmmm yummy.
I would like to know how to do the tater tot cassarole, so send it to me when you get it. I remember eating that in school, when they wanted to get rid of the left-overs. It looked kind of gross, but it was always delicious.
Stveo.

My green been casserole doesn't have any tater tots in it.
Just green beans, cream of mushroom soup, canned mushrooms, and french-fried onion rings (from a can) sprinkled over the top. I just stir everything together and bake ---never used a recipe.
