We are SICK of the ILLEGALS who have been sneaking into our country illegally, and ABUSING our welfare system!!!
We are SICK of these ILLEGALS who are violent PREDATORS, who sneak across our border, and rape our children!!
We are SICK of illegals who sneak into our country and KILL American citizens DAILY!!

I think when you ask a question like this, you are going to open yourself up for some abuse, you have come across as raciest, even if you have not meant to be so, some people on this site might take what you have asked as offencive, I sort of get were you are coming from but think that you could have worded it better, the people that make up the USA are all from different backgrounds, as are we in the UK, If you are asking that we need to stop people coming into the country ( from the likes of eastern Europe Poland etc ), then I think you need to start looking at the likes of the economic growth that these people have brought into our country, before you start to criticise, think about the question you are asking.

Being a 3rd generation immigrant from Norway, I am to see the way the immigrants are today. When my family came over they worked really hard building railroads. And they came legally. They also worked hard to speak English and eventually understood it. Nowadays, it's a different story. Many illegals come over the border everyday and don't pay taxes or speak English. They refuse to assimilate to the American culture, and the government doesn't do anything about it. I am really sick of seeing immigrants everyday who have an attitude problem. They expect to get everything such as welfare, signs translated into Spanish for them, etc. I feel your pain!

We are sick of illegal immigration and think immigration has been too much too fast for our schools and services. Few want to stop it entirely, but most want to stop illegal immigration and DON'T want to increase legal immigration except perhaps in a few skilled areas.

LOL!!! The United States is filled with the descendants of immigrants, and an awful lot of people are still coming here, legally and otherwise. You also might want to ask the Native Americans what they think of the "illegal immigration" into THEIR lands and territories. I guess we should have told Albert Einstein that he wasn't welcome here because he was an immigrant, among millions of others. And as far as being "immigrants" is concerned, the British have a history of "immigrating"... into India, etc., and that wasn't exactly welcomed, so you really don't have a lot backing you up in regards to moral authority.
BTW: I am a descendant (illegitimate) of King Henry VIII and two of my ancestors signed the Magna Carta.

I wonder what'll happen when China and India become the world's next superpowers. Many people from America & Britain & other countries will migrate to China and India.
And the Chinese and Indians will be like, "Man, I'm really sick of those gee-oh boy-jeepers creepers Americans and those oh-would-you-like-some-tea Brits" Why don't they just go back to their own non-superpower countries!?".
But no, I don't really think the Chinese and Indians of the future will have such an ignorant attitude as yourself. They'll probably welcome foreigners with open arms, just like how some Americans and Brits are kindly doing right now.
But it's an interesting scenario, don't you think?

No. I think the USA would be a very boring place without our immigrants. And yes you're entitled to your opinion, but that doesn't change the fact that you are a hater.
The fact that you're so angrily giving out thumbs down proves to me that you're a hater. It's just MY OPINION. HA HA!!!!

Most of us see two different things - Legal immigrants, which we love to have come here, and welcome graciously, and the illegal aliens, which we are very concerned about. Too many are coming too fast and our communities cannot handle the huge influx - not to mention the laws that are being broken, and the financial drain it is putting on us.
