well king kong is very acrobatic, but the hulk easily counters that with leaping abilities. King Kong is definetly bigger but don't make that disregard the Hulk's strength, i think he's stronger(he throws tanks and **** for god's sake). I think it would definetly end up in the air above the cage(since that is King Kong's instinct and advantage). Also don't forget that King Kong fell from the Empire State Builiding and died, the Hulk would just make a big crater in the ground, and live. In the end I think the Hulk's strength would dominate.
But...don't forget that the Hulk's rage is only brought on by emotional disturbance. King Kong would have to kidnap Bruce Banner's girlfriend or something, otherwise this would never take place.

King Kong is just a big monkey. The Hulk can fly through the air. Very interesting match up. I have to say the Hulk because the stuff in his body makes recovery faster.
