Yes, I would say that is anorexia. You're purposely restricting your food intake and if you're too tired to work out, you're not taking in enough calories to maintain normal body function. You need to speak to your doctor immediatley. As someone who has struggled with eating disorders off and on over the years, I would say you need to see someone. It's not healthy to weigh yourself 3 times a day. I used to be the same way and now I only weigh myself like maybe once a week or so. You can get better from this! Just keep a positive attitude and know that you can do it. You're not alone!

First off, YOU ARE NOT STUPID, as previous responders have said.
I think you feel you need to follow this diet in order to control what you are eating.
You really need to consider eliminating the noodles in your diet all together. Carrots are not bad for you, but cannot be your main source of nutrition.
You really need to consider the fact that many people have the same problem you do, that is why sites like this are created. I used to be that way. I would look at what other people were eating and couldn't beleive how much they consumed, myself only having yogurt for breakfast, salad with no meat, cheese, or dressing for lunch, and usually skipping dinner.
So, yes you do have an eating disorder. You need to go to a book store, look through the health and diet section and pick a book that has a diet program for you to follow. You probably don't need to lose the weight, but you need the nutrition and there are so many great diets out there that I know you can find one that won't make you feel like your pigging out, because you will be eating so healthy and getting stronger without gaining weight.
If none of this advise is good for you, please go to the doctor and explain your situation.
You need to also throw away your scale. Weighing yourself once a week is one thing, but 3 times a day. You are really making yourself mental, so quit!!

actually, you might be suffering an eating disorder called anorexia. this is when you perceive yourself as overweight/fat and the tendency is that you eat less or not eat at all.

it is good to loose weight, but not at the expense of your own health.

what you eat is not enough to be healthy. first of all, eating noodles everyday will make the sodium in your body shoot up (sodium retains water in the body). when that happens, you may suffer hypertension too, or worse, have so much water in your system that your heart and lungs get congested. another possibility is that intake of too much salt (sodium) can also produce kidney stones, which can damage the kidneys, and eventually lead to irreversible kidney failure. did you know that eating noodles (packed ones) should be limited to at least 1-2 times a week..

it is ok to aim for good looks by having less weight. but the mere fact that you ask this question means that you know you have a problem. yes, you need help.. the best person to help you is yourself. friends and family just come in second..

If what you said is pretty much the only thing you eat then yes i think you have a problem. You need to talk to someone you trust (family member, friend, etc.) so they can help you get the help you need. Don't beat yourself up over this. Lots of women and girls suffer from eating disorders. You may think you're alone but trust me, your not.

Yes, you are starving your body of needed nutrition. Your body will continue to feel tired and exhausted until you give it the fuel it needs. If you are only trying to diet and lose weight then you may only need the help of a nutritionist, dietitian or trainer. If you are feeling obsessed with your body and weight you may need to seek out a professional who specializes in eating disorders. Take care of yourself first. You can't take care of anything else if you can't take care of you. You are worth everything! Good luck in your search.

Yes you need help. You are malnourished and not eating enough to keep a bird alive so to speak. Get help now before you wind up in the hospital from being sick and possibly dying from this.

You may have an eating disorder, or you are just being stupid.

Eat some other vegetables, beans, fruit and a bowl of oatmeal instead of the ramen and you'll be better off.

I'm in recovery right now for both bulimia and anorexia, so if you need someone to talk to let me know. I'm no replacement for a professional, but sometimes it's a relief to speak with someone real.

straight to the piont.....YES. You cannot survive on that. you will die of malnitrition as well as not enough calories for your body to function.
it takes calories for everthing. your heart to beat, to mantain body temperature, brain function, everything. and without the vitamins & minurals that you need also to survrive you will die of malnutrition even if you had enough calories.
you would not be asking this question if you did not know you are at risk of this happening to you. so do what you have to do now before it's to late.
good luck to you.
