Since we can't find god in any place currently observable to man in any part of the electromagnetic spectrum can we assume that God is at least many lightyears away?

Doesn't that mean that God couldn't immediately effect us even if he wanted to?

So how is God important?

Or is God hiding behind Pluto?

You cannot insert logic into spirituality. And according to your logic, it makes no sense. If you are looking for God to be human, then what you say is true. If you are looking for God to be an entity, then it is off the mark.

Dear Brilliant: God is unseen, yet He is right here inside of me. God is every where, yet He never leaves me nor forsakes me. You bring God to your level. Take Him up higher!

I see god everywhere I look. The question isn't why is god important to us. The question is why would we be important to god?

I found God! He saved me, and He is with me right now, this very second. God is the living breath of my body. Without Him, there would be no you, and there would be no me. God is AWESOME! And He is so much BIGGER than we could EVER imagine!
