The other day i was at the swimming pool and i was doing some streches in the changing rooms. There was some school boys getting changed to leave the pool. Well, i was doing a exercise and my bum was sticking out, but all of a sudden this boy kicked me really hard up my bum, and then he and his friends were laughing and they ran out. My bum still hurts and i have this massive bruise on my bum, and its like someone is kicking me up the bum every second. The boys were about 13 , and i`m 17. Should i just leave it as it was just a funny joke? Should i see my doctor? Any other suggestions? My bum really does hurt.

If your bum still really hurts I would suggest seeing a doctor. It's probably nothing serious but the bruise might be deep and the doctor might be able to give you something for it. I know my mom bruised her tailbone the one time and was stuck sitting on a donut (a round pillow with a hole in the middle) so she did not put pressure on it while sitting. As far as the boys go, if you see them again tell them it wasn't funny and to be more careful because someone could get seriously hurt from that type of behaviour. Not sure what good it would do but at least you might feel like you did something.

i was in karate for along time and getting kicked there can seriously cause damage! i would ride it out for a week and if it still hurting you go see a doctor alot of important body functions take place there ,sounds like a deep muscle bruise and they hurt for along time!! and in my eyes its a bum for a bum, do unto others as they have done to you!!

well if just bruised you can take some medicine for the swelling or whatever and it will feel better. But if you dont feel safe, go to a doctor.

See your doctor, for your own piece of mind, and move on. If you don't know the boys, ignore it. If you do, talk to your parent and go from there.
