Comida = food.
que siempre = that always
as to them??
gustado = liked.
It's Spanglish,Spanish with English thrown in.

In correct Spanish it should be
Comida que siempre les ha gustado.
Food they have always liked.

It's Spanish. I think you'll find it means your favourite food, or literally "food that you have always liked" but the way it's set out above is not quite correctly spelled. Did you hear it said, and have to take a guess based on how it sounded?

comida = food
que = that
siempre = always
usted = you (not sure if usted is what you meant here?)
gustado = pleased, enjoyed

It's Spanish. I guess is "Do you like the meal I used to cook? " but not sure.... Too misspelled..
