It is not considered to be aggressive at all...boys love girls who take initiatives.....just do it and then you'll come to know how good it feels.....it will feel even more good to the boy you are going to propose.

It really comes down to how to say it.
"Hey, Jim, you're kind of cute." Is probably safe.
As is, "Hey, Jim, I'm kind of into you."
But...
"Oh, Jimmy *snort*, I have had the biggest crush on you *snort* forever. I'm in love *snort* with you and I need *snort* you so badly." Eh...
I think with communing with the other sex you had best follow basic speech rules: The less facts the better. People just seem to be better able to handle fewer words and ideas at a time.

I don't think it is too aggressive. I love it when women tell me they are attracted to me or they think I am hot, it helps build my self confidence. And who knows, they might think you are hot too but are worried you won't think they are good looking.

That's assertive, not aggressive. Aggressive would be you throwing him on the bed and pouncing.

Guys love it when girls do that because they don't have to make the first move. Do it and you won't regret it. It beats waiting around for them.

yes, you can tell a guy you like him...., it's no more aggressive than tellin some guy you hate him.....i don't see any difference.
