what does this generally mean??

I know if I am worried I should go to the doctors, but I am not worried.

I keep holding my nose and holding my breath and blowing.

I know its to do with having a cold or something, why does this happen??

open your jaw wide, kind of pushing it outwards. holding your nose and blowing out is bad for your eardrums, and can make the problem worse.

I've had a similar problem. It started out like that, but then I started getting really dizzy alot, fuzzy vision and almost hearing(?) squeaky noises in my head when I lay down at night. And I kept sneezing loads. Turns out it was some sort of sinus infection. Doctor gave me a row for not going sooner, apparently it's the type of thing that's easiest to fix right at the beginning. So you might not have that but it's best to go see a doctor now just in case. If it is the same as what I have then they'll probably just give you a nasal spray and/or some antibiotics.

It could be simply you have too much ear wax accumulated. It's something that happens every now & then to a lot of people. Your PG will let the nurse take care of that, the procedure is painless & only takes a minute or two.
