I always avoided carmel. Only because it is so gooey it stick to your brackets. THATS THE WORST!! I basically ate anything even chewed suger free gum. Remember to brush your teeth like there is no tomorrow tho because junk always gets stuck in them!

I saw someone mentioned Peeps, but you're not suppose to eat sticky stuff and I think Peeps would fall into that category. Just stay away from hard crunchy things and stick with softer things like Reese's Eggs (my favorite), chocolate bunnies (no caramel in them) and make sure you stay away from jelly beans too. Maybe the Easter Bunny can give you a gift certificate to your favorite store to compensate you for not being able to eat certain candy.

Anything soft. Peeps are good. You should be able to eat jelly beans also as long as you are careful to chew on your back teeth. Happy Easter.

So long as you are careful you can eat anything you want. Yep I know the orthodontist gives you this long list of things to avoid but my son is very careful and eats what he wants and has never had a problem with his braces.

Anything that will melt completely. I'd avoid anything with nuts. Just make sure you brush really well aftewards...like any other food.

Happy Easter!:)

Something you can suck on. Clean your teeth when you have finished.
