Microsoft Outlook - i receive emails as attachment i.e. i hv to double click on icon to read the mail?

I would like to receive emails where i can read them immediately, the emails i receive come as attachment. Pse help.

Depends on the email.
I use the preview mode, and most attachments I get will come up in the Viewer, but some will come up as something you need to double click on

Ask the sender not to send as attachments, but as inline text.
