I heard this is true. That's why alot of fitness/diet experts suggest that when you're trying to lose weight, each meal should be no more than 300 calories. True?

No, this is not true. You want to eat sensibly avoiding fried foods, fats, sodas and junk food. to lose weight the average daily amount of calories it is between 1,200 and 1,500. That's a lot of calories to work with. Eat Small meals every three hours and you will never feel deprived.

Well if thats true then everyone's in trouble. No body eat under 300 calories per meal. Think about it, it's hard to even think of food thats under 100 calories. Even fruit is over 100 calories.
