Girls that dress like she does should expect it when they get stared at, if she doesn't like it, then she should not dress as she does. If you want to apologise go ahead, but I really see no reason to, most any guy would have done the same. Trust me, she likes the attention but gets annoyed about it at the same time. that's abit tarty! if a girls wears a short Minni skirt she obviously wants some attention and when you have a really short skirt on you are well aware that if you bend over people will see your panties! its not your fault if a girls putting it on show lads are obviously going to stare! x
