Anyone who does deny that demonstrates their own cluelessness and/or stupidity. I really hate seeing the missionaries go to Muslim countries--yeah, because what they really need is *more* religion, right? May as well try to sell them more sand and oil, too.

If there were no religion, we would be terrorizing each other over politics, or government, or morals not encompassed in a religion, or culture, or money, or trade agreements, or weaponry, or - don't forget this one! - oil.
Even atheists get into fights. Even atheists can be bastards who believe that their way is THE ONLY WAY about politics and abortion and gun control and women's rights and oil and slavery and democracy and capitalism and so on and so on.
Religion is only ONE thing that divides people. It's where many people derive their morals, where many people hold their deepest beliefs. If our deepest beliefs were not about god, they would be about something else, and we would still not agree, and we would still have terrorists, and we'd still have wars.
Don't think that religion is the beginning and end of all our problems. It's not. It's just one thing out of many that we choose to fight over.

Friend Religion causes war, BUT Salvation don't, don't you know satan himself is religious, Hey, he even quote scriptures to Jesus, But Jesus went a little further, he quoted more scriptures back to satan, & that is the way religions is today, they will quote only certain scriptures, & when True Christians tells them to read more & see what the over all picture is, then they turn & run. The same is it with your question, I agreed that religion causes war, But are you going to run when I tell you that salvation does not. You see, there is a big difference in religion & salvation. Thank you anyway, Give the 10 points to someone else after you stop running.

This so-called "war on terror" is the bush administration's crusade (Bush's words) on Islam and Muslims. Plus, out of all the so-called axis of evil countries, only the one with the nuclear weapons (North Korea) was left untouched. Religion isn't the problem.

Its not about religion, behind it all is the hungar for power. That greed is covered up with religion so that the followes of each given religion may rally behind the people doing evil.

It would be a fraction of what it is if there was no religion, and most religious folks turn a blind eye to any atrocities at the hands of their religion, past and present, so pointing that out won't matter.

This war? Iraq did not attack us on 9/11. I am a Christian who prays everyday for God to bring about a speedy end to this war and to send our troupes home safe and sound.
