Uncle, you're aware that Pat Tillman was an atheist, right?
Take a look:

I agree, you'd be suprised how many people lose their faith when they got to war. You see what religion brings people, and that faith means nothing in a 3rd world nation. Money is the only salvation, sick and sad as it is, its the truth. We are just fortunate enough to not know how deeply true that is.

Atheism itself is a belief, it is a belief in the non-existance of God. Some people think that Christians are less intelligent than atheists and have their head in the sand.
I have an IQ of around 136 and have a thirst for learning with a prelediction towards scinece, especially theoretical physics (think ... Michio Kaku) and yet I don't discount the probability of an intelligent design behind the precision of the universe. No true scientist discounts any theory.

So, you're mocking Zeus now too? What B, did Christianity get old for you or something?
Of course there are Atheists. They are the folks that deny the existence of God. Ta-da. Now here's a fig newton and some iced tea, enjoy.

Of course there are atheists. I tend to think that they are addicts. So are Christians who like land because its particular use in their lives (compartmentalised into private and public) appeases their guilt, or at least gives them a fear-based journey to examine it. I call these people Judas-sassists.
A feature of addicts is that they think that everybody else is an addict too. This excuses their answer-seeking behaviour. It's not actually correct though. There are true Christians. If those who are in it for the addictive high were to peruse your question, some might say that there are no atheists, because they are an addict. Addiction is like sitting at the bottom of a pond and thinking you can see everything because of the way the light bends and produces a fish eye effect. But if you hopped out and jumped into the next pond, it would still look like that even though you're in a different pond.

Everyone is an atheist towards at least one god or goddess. A true atheist just takes it one last god further.

"holds the knowledge of Zeus in their heart."
That's gobledegook and very disappointing since the first half of your question is quite worthwhile.
Former U.S. President Eisenhower said:
"There are no atheists in fox-holes."
To a very large degree, that is a truism.
