Take a grapefruit, a banana, oatbran, linseeds, honey to taste and boiling water.
Halve and segment the grapefruit and put in a deep boil.
Smash banana and add to the grapefruit.
Add about a Tablespoon of the oatbran and linseed
Pour on boiling water to the required consistency, stir. Add honey to taste and eat hot.
My grandmother used to make this for us and my sister and I were so jealous if one got even half a teaspoon full more.
Tip: Segment the grapefruit the night before or use a tin of grapefruit in its own juice. Not sugar syrup.

Full English for me, a sausage well cooked, bacon cooked so the fat at the edge is brown and crispy, a fried egg with the white well cooked but yolk runny, fried mushrooms cooked in butter, fried tomatos, lots of tomato ketchup, toast with butter and jam, pure orange juice with pulp and a cup of sweet tea, yum.
How ever what i usually have for breakfast is toast or cereal or porridge as if i ate the above full english more than once or twice a year i would probably have had a heart attack by now and i am only 28. xxx

my honey has come up with a breakfast wonder he calls the Ultimate Egg in a hole.
basic egg in the hole, butter a slice of bread, cut a hole in the centre, then pop into a hot frying pan, crack an egg in the hole of the bread. fry both sides, but not too long, make sure bread is crispy but egg is squishy.
then he puts crumbled rashers and sharp white cheddar cheese on top and pops it under the grill until the cheese is melty.
We don't discuss the calorie count or the cholesterol impact..

Full English: Sausage, bacon, egg, black pudding, fried slice, tinned tomatoes and mushrooms with a large mug of tea, followed by a slice of cold toast and marmalade. Don't have it as often as I'd like these days due to healthy eating contraints, but the plus side of that is that it's an even bigger and better treat when I do!

Eggs benedict with canadian bacon, swiss cheese and asparagus inside. Side of home fries, fresh fruit, a glass of orange juice and a big cup of coffee, or better yet a mocha latte.
