Tina in Italian is Tìna (Tèè-nah), but it's a diminutive for a lot of names. Valen-tina, Gius-tina (Justine), Elisabetta = Bet-tina, Costan-tina. The male form is Tino (Tèè-noh). Ciao.

There are Italian women called Tina. However, it would mostly be the nickname of someone called Cristina, Giustina, Valentina, etc....
